Six more COVID cases reported in the Sault and area: APH

Algoma Public Health is reporting six new cases of COVID-19, all from the Sault Ste. Marie area.

Four of the cases were exposed by close contact, one was exposed through international travel, and the other's exposure category is listed as unknown.

All six are self-isolating, APH says.

This brings the Algoma region's total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases since the onset of the pandemic to 279, with 41 currently active.
