Some customers in Sault Ste Marie, Terrace Bay, Marathon, Manitouwadge, White River, Red Rock, Nipigon, Wawa, and the rest of the lakeshore region may be seeing a black screen/pixelization on cable channels (there may or may not be an error message depending on the cable box being used), and/or experiencing interruptions to internet/home phone service.
We are working to restore service as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
