Tracey Gard is no longer general manager of EZ-Rock 100.5 and Q-104 FM Radio, Rogers Radio confirmed this morning.

Gard's departure was announced to staff of the Sault stations yesterday by Rick Doughty, Rogers' cluster manager for Northern Ontario.

She's been replaced by Scott Sexsmith, who was previously operations manager.

Gard (shown during a recent visit to Algoma Tubes) is also incoming president of the Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce.

Sexsmith and Doughty both indicated to SooToday News that no format changes are planned at the stations, and that Rogers' strong commitment to local information and community service will continue and be enhanced.
