A 42-year-old male was charged with two counts of Sexual Interference, one count of invitation of sexual touching to a victim under the age of 16 and one count of Threatening.

It is alleged on September 26, 2012 and on December 26, 2013 the accused committed the offences on the victim and also threatened to kill the accused if the victim told anybody.

The name of the accused is not being released to protect the identity of the victim.

The accused will be appearing in WASH court today.
