HAVILAND TOWNSHIP - Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are continuing the search for 25-year-old Dewayne Shreve who was last seen on August 4, 2016 while fishing with another male in Haviland Bay on Lake Superior when their 12-foot aluminum boat overturned about 250 feet from shore.

An OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Unit (USRU) and two OPP Marine vessels remain on scene.  

Divers are using side-scan sonar and a remote operating vehicle in their search.

The investigation is continuing.
