Sault College students are celebrating convocation this week, with three cermonies held between Thursday and Friday.

Thursday night and Friday morning's ceremonies featured a keynote address by Nobel Peace Prize-nominated Dr. Izzeldin Abuelaish, who received an honourary diploma in Peace and Conflict Studies.

Dr. Abuelaish wrote the bestselling "I Shall Not Hate," and is the founder of The Daughters for Life Foundation, which focuses on educating girls and women in the Middle East.

Friday evening's speaker will be Robert J. Deluce, President and CEO of Porter Airlines.
