Ryan charged with defrauding store over $5,000

On March 11 patrol officers arrested and charged Ryan Poirier, age 19 of McNabb Street, with fraud over $5,000.

Officers learned that from November 2013 until the end of February 2014, Poirier allegedly defrauded Pinos Get Fresh at 219 Trunk Road.

The accused will appear in court on April 7.
