Robert charged with criminal harassment

On the 4th of December 2012, officers with Patrol Services arrested 44-year-old Robert O’Brien Hall of 243 McNabb Street and charged him with one count of assault and one count of criminal harassment.

It is alleged that over the past several months, the accused repeatedly followed a female victim in the area of McNabb Street after he had been warned not to. 

This action caused the victim to fear for her safety and at one point the accused is alleged to have approached the victim from behind where he grabbed her by the shoulder and turned her around. 

The victim soon after contacted police and the accused was subsequently arrested. 

Mr. O’Brien Hall will appear in court on December 5 of this year.
