Robert arrested following break-in

On July 27, 2014 a break in occurred in the 100 block of Fourth Line West.

The accused entered the residence and was confronted by the owner.

A struggle ensued and the accused broke free and fled the residence.

In doing so the accused [allegedly] stole the car and house keys.

The break and enter occurred at approximately 10:34 a.m.

On July 28, 2014 the accused was seen by an officer on Moss Road near Korah Road.

The accused, Robert Lee Anthony Day, age 30 of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with break enter and theft, robbery and possession of stolen property.

The accused will appear in bail court on July 29, 2014 at 10 a.m.
