Robert arrested after collision for driving while disqualified

On the 23rd of February at 4:11 p.m., police attended the 100 block of Trunk Road for a motor vehicle collision with injuries.

An investigation revealed that 54-year-old Robert John Larocque of Charlotte Drive was driving one of the vehicles involved.

A female driver of the second vehicle was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

Larocque was determined to be a suspended driver, disqualified for life.

He has been arrested and charged for driving while disqualified and breach of a recognizance for violating the bail condition ‘not occupy the driver's seat of any motor vehicle’.

He will appear in bail court Monday morning.
