Robert and Justin face drug charges

Drug arrests

On the 10th of September 2013 shortly after 1 p.m., officers from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service Drug Unit, Crime Suppression Unit, Emergency Services Unit and the Canine Unit executed a search warrant at a residence on Third Avenue.

Officers located 146 grams of marijuana, 63 Oxycodone (Percocet) tablets, 35 Methylphenidate (Ritalin) tablets, a digital scale, packaging material and a quantity of cash.

The estimated street value of the drugs is $3,410. 

44-year-old Robert Sean Discher of 400 Third Avenue has been charged with three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking in a controlled drug or substance. 

He will appear in court on the 21st of October.

During the search officers located an additional 15 grams of marijuana with an estimated street value of $300.

As a result of this 22-year-old Justin James Discher-Delavalle of 400 Third Avenue has been charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance. 

He will appear in court on September the 30.
