Ralph charged with theft at mall

Last evening officers attended at Sears for a shoplifter.

It is alleged that 43-year-old Ralph Carricato of Arbor Drive attempted to steal a jacket from the store.

He was apprehended by security and turned over to police.

The accused has been charged with one count of theft under $5,000 and will appear in court on May 26.
