Power outage in progress in the west end (update: power restored)

Update

The power has been restored to all customers.

Just over 650 PUC customers are without power in the west end of the city.

The power went out around 10:20 this morning, affecting customers in the areaa of Second Line West west of Town Line, Base Line from Airport Rd to Walls Rd., Walls Rd. to Sunnyside Beach, and Prince Lake.

PUC crews are currently investigating the outage, the cause of which hasn't been determined at this point
