If you're around City Hall tomorrow and you find the place crawling with armed assault police, don't get your tighty-whities in a knot.

It won't be because the Mayor called in security again on Ward 6 firebrand Frank Manzo.

It won't be because reporters tried to crash Council's caucus room where they got kicked out a month or so back because they gobbled up all the free food laid on for your elected representatives.

And it sure as heck won't be because Councillors Collins, Turco and DelBianco are having bad hair days.

It's just a police training exercise.

"On Wednesday May 5th, the Emergency Services Unit will begin a training exercise at City Hall," Police Chief Bob Davies advises.

The exercise will "involve several hostages being held in council chambers," the chief said.
