Police seek public assistance to identify home invasion suspects

Officers with the Criminal Investigations Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service are currently seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a home invasion last evening. 
 
At about 11:30 p.m., officers responded to a residence in the 100 block of Breton Road with regards to two unknown males entering the residence carrying bear spray and a handgun. 
 
The first male was described as a white male in his mid 20’s with black curly hair. 
 
He was the shorter of the two and was wearing a black hoodie and grey pants. 
 
The second male was described as being a bit younger than the first male; just under 6 feet tall, with a skinny build. 
 
He had dark brown hair with tanned skin. 
 
One of the males was wearing a grey and red ball cap at the time of the incident.   
 
The victims sustained minor injuries in this incident and were able to contact 911 while the suspects were still in the residence. 
 
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service.
