MACODONALD, MEREDITH & ABERDEEN ADDITONAL TOWNSHIP - On February 4, 2016 at approximately 3:20 a.m. Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a pickup truck in the median between Echo River Road and Highway 638.
Upon police arrival a male was located inside the vehicle.
As a result of further police investigation Ian Frazier, 21 years, of Laird Township was arrested and charged with:

One count of care or control of a motor vehicle while ability impaired by alcohol contrary to section 253 (1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC).
-
One count of care or control of a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the CC.
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sault Ste. Marie on March 7, 2016.
