A Mazda B-series pickup truck crossed an opposing lane of traffic, rolled up a sidewalk, knocked over a post and sign, then went across a parking lot into an office building Friday morning said Sault Ste. Marie Fire Service Platoon Chief Damon Ferris.
The fire department was called at 10:39 a.m.
City police and Emergency Medical Services also attended the scene and a man — the only occupant — was taken to the hospital.
The incident occurred along the 400 block of Pim Street.
