All phone and fax lines for the Sault Ste. Marie office including the Parent Child Information Line, Appointment Centre, main switchboard and all incoming and outgoing faxes are now working.

*************************

All phone and fax lines for the Sault Ste. Marie office are currently unavailable. The phone lines affected include the Parent Child Information Line, Appointment Centre, main switchboard and all incoming and outgoing faxes. If you reside within the Sault Ste. Marie area and need to cancel an appointment or if your call is of an urgent matter, please call one of our toll free numbers listed below. Please hold off from sending faxes until the lines are once again operational.

For urgent public health issues after hours, please continue to call 705-254-6611.

Phone lines continue to operate as usual in our Wawa, Blind River, and Elliot Lake offices.

We have been advised by our telecommunications provider that this is part of a broader issue in the local area. Thank you for your patience and we will advise the public once these lines are operational.
