Real Estate Professional magazine is out with its list of Top 200 performing agents in Canada in 2016 and one Sault real estate agent has made the list.
Jamie Coccimiglio, of Exit Realty Lake Superior, was named in REP's Top 100 small market agents.
Coccimiglio ranks 57th on the list, which doesn't include agents in Toronto or Vancouver.
The publication's third annual search for Canada's best had a 'mountain of nominees' from across the country, according to REP.
The magazine says it used a combination of MLS data and online survey results to chisel out the REP 200.
"Because of the wide discrepancy in home prices in the agents' different markets, we based inclusion on the number of transactions completed by each rather than overall sales volume," the magazine stated.
