******************** Crimson Ridge Golf Club settles third-party litigation
Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario (May 18, 2005) - Crimson Ridge Golf Course has settled its third party litigation with Orlando Rosa.
The settlement was made in order to permit Crimson Ridge to focus on the allegations made against it, its shareholders and its professional representatives by John Vanbiesbrouck.
The result of the settlement is that no decision as to the merits of the claim has been made.
In view of the fact that the issues in the case are before the Courts, Crimson Ridge will not comment on the statements made by Mr. Rosa and his colleagues.
Crimson Ridge and its shareholders intend to vigorously defend themselves in the ongoing litigation.
They believe that in the end they will be completely vindicated.
The settlement with Mr. Rosa permits Crimson Ridge to focus its energy and resources on the ongoing litigation.
