Noise complaint leads to James' arrest

On May 19 at approximately 8 p.m., police were called to 819 Trunk Road for a noise complaint.

When police arrived they learned that one of the guests was wanted by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service for theft under $5000 and breach of probation.

It is alleged that James Bolan, age 24 of McNabb Street, attended the Station Mall Wal-Mart on the 15th of May where he allegedly stole merchandise but ran from security before he could be apprehend.

He is now going to bail court on May 20.
