Canadian Blood Services is asking Sault Ste. Marie and area residents to consider donating blood to help maintain a strong inventory of blood and blood products for hospital patients.

The need for blood in Canada is constant and the fact remains that hospital patients everywhere need blood.

Hospitals continue to draw on the supply of blood as Canadian undergo treatment for cancer, surgery, for car accidents and other traumas, and for hundreds of other medical situations that require life-saving blood.

Our next clinic takes place on Tuesday, March 18th, 2014 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, March 19th from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 -.m. and 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Verdi Hall, 455 Queen Street.
