With an election underway, Neil DelBianco could probably do a lot of damage to Lou Turco and other Ward 4 opponents with the sharp instrument he's holding.

But the incumbent councillor was just using it to cut a ribbon (well, actually it was a ceremonial twig) to officially open a new walking trail at Finn Hill.

About 60 people turned up last night for the opening of the trail, built by the Voyageur Trail Association and the City of Sault Ste. Marie parallel to Black Road between McNabb Street and the Northern Avenue extension.
