Denis Leclerc, 31, was charged yesterday after City police received complaints about a smell coming from his apartment on Princess Crescent.
Around 2:17 p.m., Leclerc was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Police also seized drug paraphernalia.
The smelly suspect is due in court on June 21.
