Rainfall - late evening to evening Monday.
Rain, heavy at times is expected.
The frozen ground has a reduced ability to absorb this rainfall.
An approaching low pressure system and warm front is expected to bring periods of rain over the next 24 hours.
This evening, light drizzle and fog is affecting most regions.
The next surge of moisture will move into the area later tonight generating heavy rain at times.
By Monday evening total rainfall amounts of 25 to 50 mm are possible.
Rain will change to snow later in the day on Monday.
Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
Don't approach washouts near rivers, creeks and culverts.
Rainfall Warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.

Fog conditions - late evening to morning.
Persistent fog with visibility near zero is expected or occurring.
A warm front across a broad area is causing dense fog to form tonight.
The fog will cause hazardous driving conditions due to low visibilities until Monday morning.
Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero.
Travel is expected to be extremely hazardous due to widespread poor visibility.
Weather advisories for fog are issued when near zero visibilities in fog are expected or occurring.
Snowfall warning in effect for Chapleau - Missinaibi Lake - Gogama - Foleyet
Snowfall - overnight to evening Monday.
Snowfall, with total amounts of 15 to 20 cm is expected.
An approaching low pressure system will bring an area of heavy snow into the region early Monday morning.
The snow is expected to taper off Monday night.
Total accumulations of 15 to 20 centimetres are expected.
Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.
Snowfall Warnings are issued when significant snowfall is expected.
