A Michigan Soo woman with a rare extra uterus is part of a “medical miracle” attracting considerable attention at Marquette General Hospital.

Sarah Reinfelder gave birth to premature twin girls on Thursday, WLUC TV6 News reports.

After emerging from separate uteri when Caesarian sections were performed, tiny Kaylin and Valerie were moved into a neonatal intensive care unit, where they are doing well.
