On the 31 August 2014 Patrol Officers attended to a motor vehicle collision on Bennett Blvd. involving two vehicles.

Four of the occupants of one of the vehicle sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision.

Officers located and charged Micheal Pinder, 43 years old, with impaired operation causing bodily harm x4, assault police x2, resist arrest, fail to remain, and mischief to the police holding cells.

He will appear in WASH court on the 31 August 2014.
