On the 3rd of July, city police officers arrested 39-year-old Mandi Klages of Goulais Avenue on outstanding warrant charges of failing to appear court, theft and breaching a condition of her probation.
She was released at 6:20 p.m. and given a court date of August 11.
At 8:40 p.m. officers attended to a west end store where Miss Klages was allegedly seen on video at approximately 7:30 p.m. stealing clothes from the store.
The officers then attended to her residence and arrested her for the theft.
She will be appearing in bail court later this morning.
