Man charged with criminal harrassment and two breaches

On June 15, 2014, city police responded to a domestic matter in the west end of the city.

Police investigated a complaint of criminal harassment involving a 57-year-old accused male.

It is alleged that the accused followed and watched the victim’s place of residence between May 1, 2014 and June 15, 2014 on different occasions.

The accused is on probation and a recognizance with court order conditions.

The accused was arrested and charged with criminal harassment, breach of probation and breach of a recognizance and will appear in bail court on June 16, 2014 at 10 a.m.
