Male charged with threatening to damage vehicle

On Aug. 30, 2016 at approximately 8:30 p.m., city police attended in the area of Second line west for a report of disturbance.

Upon arrival officers found a male yelling, threatening and disturbing persons in the immediate area.

As a result Ryan Young, age 23, was arrested for causing a disturbance by yelling and threatening to cause damage to a person's vehicle.
