Male charged with domestic related assault

A 21-year-old male was arrested by city police early this morning in the Albert Street West – Huron Street area for a domestic related assault.

It is alleged the accused pushed his common-law girlfriend to the ground, punched her and then left the area but was later apprehended.

He will be appearing in Bail Court later this morning.
