A 41-year-old male will appear in bail court today charged with break and enter and 3 counts of breach of probation.
It is alleged that on the 10th of May the accused broke into his ex-girlfriend’s house through a window.
The accused was also on probation to keep the peace, not to communicate with the victim and not to attend her residence.
The victim was not injured in the incident and the male fled the scene before police arrived.
He was located by patrol officers on May 11 and arrested.
