Male charged with breaching restraining order

On July 9, 2014 officers responded to a domestic related incident in the area of Boston Avenue.

It is alleged that the accused, age 55, attended the victim’s residence.

There is a Family Law Act Restraining Order in place with conditions of no communication and the accused is not allowed to be within 1000 metres of the victim’s residence.

Officers found the accused at an east end residence and he was arrested for breaching a court order X 2.

A further check was done and it was found that there was an outstanding warrant in place for the same charge but dating back to December of 2013.

The accused will appear in bail court on July 10, 2014 at 10 a.m.
