20-year-old Nicholas Crack of Alexandra Street has been charged with two counts of breach of probation.

It is alleged that he was in the company of persons under the age of 16 years while no adult over the age of 21 was present, as well as failing to keep the peace and be of good behavior.

8 a.m. original release

A 20-year-old male was arrested overnight for an incident which occurred on February 22.

It is alleged the male was in the company of persons under the age of 16 years when he was on conditions not to be.

He will be appearing in Bail Court later this morning.
