NEWS RELEASE
LUNG ASSOCIATION - ONTARIO
*************************
How tulips and ferns are helping us breathe

What: Through the sale of tulips and crispy wave ferns across Ontario for The Lung Association’s Tulip Day, we are helping all Ontarians who share the air breathe. The tulip is a perfect harbinger for spring and fragrance-free for those with allergies and sensitivities. The crispy wave fern is shown to convert carbon dioxide into oxygen and remove harmful particles from the air. Visit the website.

Who: The Lung Association – Ontario

Why: Because one in five Canadians have lung disease and five in five Canadians need to breathe. This is our chance to raise funds for severely needed lung health research that is creating breathing breakthroughs.

When: March 6, 7, 8 and 9, 2019

Where: Station Mall across from EB Games and the Sault Area Hospital lobby
