BON SOO

*************************
The Marquee stage at the 2014 Bon Soo Winter Carnival is hosting some of the Sault's amazing talent during their event, which runs every day throughout Bon Soo.

For the second year in a row, Public Relations and Event Management students at Sault College have collaborated with Bon Soo to bring the city's diverse culture and talent to the public at The Marquee.

The Marquee stage has already featured performances by local Filipino dancers, Soo Dance Unlimited, Soo Dan Hap Ki Do, Frankly Speaking, Keith Conway, The Pesto Shirts, Leaves off Trees, Great Chamberlain, Sault Indigenous Writers' Collective and the Narwhal Sessions, to name a few.

To catch any of the upcoming performances, which will continue to feature a variety of local individuals and groups with talent, passion and culture to share, visit the Pavilion stage during the Tim Horton’s Winter Playground from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. on weekends and 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. on weekdays.

Entrance to The Marquee is included with your Bon Soo 2014 Souvenir Button.

Upcoming acts to look forward to include: Jack Spades, Redundant, Tym Morrison, Tallulah Gin, Steevy Laplante, CASS dance, Sabrina Strange, Killabeatz, Foreign a Chord, and the Sault College Cougars Competitive Cheerleaders, to name just a few.

The site for this year’s Marquee stage presents a great opportunity for the PEM class to use the skills they have learned this year and to build upon the success and contributions of last year’s graduates.

The Marquee wouldn’t be possible without the enthusiastic volunteers, generous sponsors and amazing local performers.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the community for their contributions in helping to bring the arts to life in Sault Ste. Marie.

Some of this year’s sponsors who helped make The Marquee possible include: Tenaris Algoma Tubes, Sault College, The Rad Zone, Case’s Music, Little Caesars Pizza, GoodLife Fitness, Freshly Squeezed, Gnarly Bistro, Dish, Northern Beauty Salon, and Shaylan Spurway Photography.
