40-year-old Kimberly Rickard of Tilley Road was arrested last night by City Police for impaired driving.
A concerned motorist contacted Police after witnessing erratic driving by a vehicle in the Wellington West -St Georges Ave areas and provided Police with a plate and vehicle make.
Officers were able to stop the vehicle on Willoughby Avenue and observed Ms. Rickard behind the wheel [allegedly] exhibiting signs of impairment.
After being transported to the Police Station she refused the Intoxilizer test and was subsequently charged with failing to provide a suitable sample.
She will be appearing in Provincial Court August 18.
