A SooToday reader submitted the photo above, taken shortly before 7 p.m. today at the Circle K gas station located Second Line near Pine Street.

The bear appears to be perched on the fence surrounding a dumpster.

“It is on the edge and doesn’t seem to know how to get down,” the reader wrote to SooToday.
