Joseph charged with impaired

22-year-old Joseph Sauve of Old Goulais Bay Road was arrested and charged with impaired driving and having more than 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood.

Officers observed a Pontiac Sunfire proceeding westbound the wrong way on Albert St. West, turn northbound on Andrew Street; then again the wrong way on a one-way street.

He was found to be in an intoxicated condition and arrested.

He will appear in court on May 5, 2014.
