Have you tried Quattro’s famous rabbit cacciatore yet? Here is your chance while supporting a great cause. 

On Friday, Feb. 24. 2017, Quattro will be hosting its third Annual Rabbit Dinner Fundraiser for ARCH Hospice.   

The annual event will take place starting at 6 p.m. in the Quattro ballroom with a cocktail reception. Then moving to the main event of butternut squash ravioli in a spinach sage cream sauce, braised rabbit cacciatore, chicken cutlets with all the great sides you’ve come to expect from the Q.   

The residents of Sault Ste. Marie have greatly benefited from the concept of residential hospice within the community. Continued support and assistance from the residents and businesses is so critical for a charitable organization.  

“ARCH Hospice genuinely appreciates the generosity of the team at Quattro, and is grateful for all the funds raised at the Rabbit Dinner. This event offers a fabulous night out, the food is always delicious, and we can’t wait for the third annual event.  All proceeds raised stay local to care for families at Hospice," said Lee Rendell, Manager of Fund Development at ARCH Hospice. 

"As a community Hospice, we cannot operate without supporters like Quattro and individuals who attend unique fundraising events such as the Quattro Rabbit Dinner. This support is coming at a crucial time; when the needs of the community are growing and ARCH is expanding to provide services such as pediatric palliative care, increased grief and bereavement support services, and new outreach care and education initiatives.” 

A few years ago, Quattro embarked on combining a great event with incredible food for a worthy cause. 

Since then, the fundraising event for ARCH Hospice has become a very significant and personal occasion for the management and staff. The generosity of partners Compass Imaging Solutions and Tamar’s Trends, as well as the cooperation of staff, enable the event planners to keep costs at a minimum.  

There are only a few days left to purchase tickets.  $60 per ticket / $550 for a table of 10.
