An early taste of mid-winter

An arctic air mass has delivered bone chilling temperatures across the province. It is interesting to note that temperatures in the low to mid twenties occurred quite regularly at many of these localities as recently as four weeks ago.

Quite a few new record low minimum temperature records for Nov. 10 were set this morning as shown in the table below.
