Indomitable Larry keeps on running

Larry Petingola, night receiver and stock-person at Rome's Independent Grocer, is running again for City Council.

The 39-year-old single father of two boys filed nomination papers today to run against six other candidates in Ward 6.

Petingola (shown), ran unsuccessfully in the 2000 municipal election but tells us that he was pleased with his attempt because "I met a lot of people and their concerns."
