RIDE FOR SIGHT NORTHERN ONTARIO

*************************
Ride for Sight Northern Ontario would like to invite all the local residents of Sault Ste. Marie to come out and enjoy a parade of enthusiastic fundraisers on motorcycles on Saturday, July 12.

Line the streets to see all the motorcyclists as they ride through the area in support of the Foundation Fighting Blindness.

These riders travel from all over and have spent the last year raising funds to donate directly to help find a cure for degenerative eye diseases and for a celebration weekend at Searchmont Resort.

Come out and cheer them on with signs of support!

Parade route

The parade will be leaving Searchmont Resort at 9:30 a.m. heading to the Trading Post for a short stop.

They will then leave the Trading Post at 10 a.m. heading South on Great Northern and turning left onto McNabb then left onto Trunk Road/Hwy 17.

Travelling through Garden River at approximately 10:15 then Echo Bay at 10:30 and turning on Church Street to Hwy 17 North.

Coming back into town at around 11 a.m., they will travel along Trunk Road to Wellington then left onto Bruce and right onto Queen through downtown.

From there, they will turn on Huron then down Bay to St. Mary’s and Foster Drive, back onto Bay, up Pim and stop at Great Lakes Honda for half an hour.

After leaving Great Lakes Honda at 12 noon, the parade will proceed up Great Northern Road, turn right at Second Line then left on Black Road and follow Old Garden River Rd/Landslide Road to Sixth Line and head North up to 556 and 552, back onto 17 North to the Voyageur in Batchawana for and BBQ lunch.
