The Soo Greyhounds remain unbeaten in three games after a 5-2 victory over the Oshawa Generals on Friday night at Memorial Gardens.

Tyler Kennedy, Blair Jarrett, Jason Pitton, Jeff Carter and Kyle Wharton scored for the Greyhounds, who scored three goals in less than three minutes in the first period.

The Greyhounds now sit in a three-way tie for first place in the Ontario Hockey League's west division with the Plymouth Whalers and Windsor Spitfires.

The Hounds are back in action on Saturday night at Memorial Gardens against the Barrie Colts at 7:30 p.m.
