Hospitalizations unchanged, 60 new cases of COVID-19 reported on Sunday: APH

Algoma Public Health is reporting 60 new COVID-19 cases in Algoma, with no new hospitalizations since Saturday's update.

There are currently 11 hospitalizations in Algoma with one other individual hospitalized that is a non-Algoma resident temporarily in the region.

The number of confirmed cases in the region stands at 2,991, up by 60 from Saturday and the number of active cases is 568.

The active case count is up 21 from Saturday.

APH is reporting a total of 221,855 COVID tests have been completed in the region since the start of the pandemic, a number that is up by 364 from Saturday's report.
