Okay, we admit it!
Our weekend photo feature 'Spring gets yucky' depressed the daylights out of everyone.
This new photo essay, taken today by Sir James Dunn co-op education student Hilary Connell, is our act of contrition.
With the sun blazing and snow melting, we sent Hilary on a walking tour of the downtown area to try to capture some spirit-restoring images.
Enjoy!
EDITOR'S NOTE: to the reader who wanted to know what the heck David Helwig was trying to say when he referred in our weekend article to everyone being "depressed as black dogs," that was a reference to Winston Churchill, who referred to his famous bouts with depression as his "black dogs."
