Hilary charged after playing loud music

30 year old Hilary Cartmill of Old Garden River Road was arrested and charged with one count of mischief by interfering with other persons’ lawful enjoyment of property.

It is alleged that on December 26 the accused was playing music in her apartment so loudly that it was disturbing other occupants of the building.

Despite having been cautioned earlier in the evening the accused continued playing the music.

The accused turned herself in at the police station today and will be appearing in court on February 10.
