A pair of quarter-final series’ open up Monday.

In one series, Superior Heights takes on White Pines while CASS and St. Basil will meet up in the other quarter-final.

Superior Heights and White Pines meet in a 3:30 puck drop at the McMeeken while CASS and St. Basil will also see a 3:30 puck drop as they meet at the John Rhodes Community Centre. Both series’ are best-of-three with game two on Wednesday night, both at the John Rhodes. Superior Heights and White Pines play the early game with a 6:30 puck drop, followed by CASS and St. Basil at 8 p.m.

The deciding games in each series would be on Thursday if needed.

Thanks to finishing in the top two spots in the standings, St. Mary’s and Korah each earned an opening round bye.

The final three games of the regular season took place on Sunday night.

In the early game, Nathan Elgie had a goal and an assist to lead Superior Heights to a 4-1 win over CASS. Mark MacLean, Thomas Reid and Isaac Belsito also scored in the win. Matthew Keenan had the lone goal for CASS.

The middle game saw St. Basil pick up a 3-2 shootout win over Korah. Blake Antonello and Mario Taranto scored for St. Basil while Jack McLeod and Aaron Savage had the goals for Korah.

The late game saw St. Mary's blank White Pines 8-0. Erik Paradis led the way offensively with four goals while Joshua Dweling picked up the shutout. Alex Morin had a goal and an assist for the Knights while Matthew White, Jake Lewis and Jake Wright also scored in the win. Jason Uhl and Jaron Rowe picked up two assists each for St. Mary's.

  2. Korah Colts: 12-4-4 (28 points)
  3. Superior Heights Steelhawks: 10-8-2 (22 points)
  4. CASS Huskies: 9-10-1 (19 points)
  5. St. Basil: 9-10-1 (19 points)
  6. White Pines: 0-18-2 (2 points)
