Guy ordered to not call woman, calls her ten times last night

********************** A 50-year-old male will appear in bail court on domestic related charges.

Back in March of 2005 the accused was charged with criminal harassment and was released on release documents with a number of conditions including not to communicate with the victim; not to molest, harass or annoy the victim, notify City Police of any change of address within 24 hours and to refrain from consuming alcohol.

Just after 1 a.m. this morning the accused was arrested after it was alleged he made 10 phone calls to the victim last evening in a 3-½ hour time frame.

At the time of the arrest the accused was noted to have been drinking.

The accused has been charged with four counts of breach of a release document.

******************** A 72-year old male will appear in bail court this morning after being arrested last night at a downtown residence.

It is alleged that the male assaulted his girlfriend by grabbing her by the throat and throwing her to the ground.

The assault took place after the two became involved in a verbal argument.

The male has been charged with one count of assault.
