********************** 20-year-old Rolland Periard of 55 Francis Street will be appearing in bail court this morning.
It is alleged that the accused attended at Sault College and was found in the office of one of the staff members, rummaging through their belongings, with the intent to commit theft.
The accused was caught but shoved the staff member in an attempt to escape.
Another employee came to help and the accused was held until police arrived.
Roland Periard has been charged with one count of break and enter and one count of assault.
